Volunteer Points System

    Each swimmer must earn a minimum of 10 points with

    • 2 points at the Home Meet
    • 2 points at either Regionals or provincials (if attending). 

    Points are awarded per ½-day session (~4 hours).

    Timer, Runner, Awards, Hospitality, Marshalling, , Shadow, Announcer,

    2.0 pts

    Inspector of Turns, Judge of Stroke, Chief Timer, Recorder, Starter, Chief Judge Electronics, Admin Desk, Meet Manager, Referee

    3.0 pts

    Friday evening

    +1.0 bonus pt

    Officials must be active, registered, and certified for the role they are submitting availability for.



    Volunteer Fee for Unfulfilled Points

    • Families will be charged $50 per uncompleted point, Any outstanding volunteer point fees will be processed on August 30, 2026
