To request a refund, the account holder must contact the Registrar within the applicable dates listed below. Refund eligibility is based on the date the registrar is notified of the swimmer’s withdrawal. Failure to communicate within the specified timelines will result in ineligibility for a refund.

Standard Refund Schedule

  • Before April 30, 2026
    Full refund minus $100 administration fee.
  • May 1 – May 8, 2026
    Full refund minus $200 administration fee.
  • May 9 – May 31, 2026
    50% refund of registration fees after a $200 administration fee is deducted.
  • After May 31, 2026
    No refunds.
  • Season Cancellation
    If the season is canceled, a prorated refund will be issued once all incurred club expenses for the season have been covered.

Refund for Medical Reasons:

The Spruce Grove Barracudas may, at the discretion of the Executive, issue a refund for extenuating medical circumstances that occur outside the standard refund timeline.

Conditions:

  • A $200 administration fee will be deducted from any approved medical refund.
  • The account holder must contact the Registrar within a reasonable time of the injury or medical issue occurring.
  • Supporting documentation may be requested.
