Volunteer Participation Expectations

Our club thrives because of the support and involvement of our amazing families. All of our activities—including swim meets—are made possible through volunteer help. To keep offering great experiences for our athletes, we kindly ask that each family contributes their time throughout the season.

If your swimmer participates in swim meets, we ask that you volunteer at approximately 50% of the meets they attend. This helps ensure that all events run smoothly and that every swimmer enjoys a positive, well‑supported environment.

Creating a great competitive experience is truly a team effort. When every family lends a hand, we all help support not only our own swimmers, but the entire club community.

Volunteer Points Required Per Family

Volunteer points are earned in increments of ½-day sessions (~4 hours). Point values and associated roles are below.
