Program Information

This program is for swimmers that are at the FUNdamental stage of their skill development. Swimmers will train up to 3hrs per week with a focus on high repetition and low intensity activities.  They will build the foundation skills required to be safe in the sport of competitive swimming. 

Pre Requisite
All swimmers must be able to swim 25m unassisted and be comfortable in deep water.

Swim Times
Practice times are tentative and we reserve the right to change the block your swimmer is in based on registration numbers and skill. 

This program is for swimmers that are at the Learn to Train stage of their skill development. Swimmers will train between 3-5 hrs per week depending on the program of choice. They will build the foundation skills required for the sport of competitive swimming. 

Pre Requisite
All swimmers must have completed LS Swimmer 4 level or equivalent

Swim Times
Practice times are tentative and we reserve the right to change the block your swimmer is in based on registration numbers and skill. 

This program is for swimmers that are at the Train to Train and Train to Compete stage of their skill development. Swimmers will train between 3 - 5 hrs per week. They will work to further develop and master their competitive swimming skills. 

Pre Requisite
All swimmers must have completed LS Swimmer 6 level or equivalent

Swim Times
Practice times are tentative and we reserve the right to change the block your swimmer is in based on registration numbers and skill. 

This program is for swimmers that are over 18 years of age and are seeking to stay Active for Life. Swimmers will train up tp 3 hrs per week and will continue to refine their competitive swimming skills. 

Pre Requisite
All swimmers must have previous competitive swimming experience, or experience in swimming training
